Emotional Waves

In Human Design, the emotional waves that originate from the Solar Plexus Center shape how we experience, process, and express feelings over time. Rather than emotions arriving in a steady, predictable way, each Solar Plexus channel carries its own cyclical pattern—a distinct “waveform” that rises and falls, builds and releases, or pulses with intensity. These waves influence everything from decision-making to relationship dynamics, often requiring space, clarity, and emotional neutrality before truth becomes accessible.
